Foreign ministry starts public hour service

DHAKA, Oct 3, 2018 (BSS) – The Foreign Affairs Ministry today started
public hour service to provide hand to hand support to mass people.

Under the service, anyone can visit Room no-322 of the ministry from 10am
to 1pm on every Monday and Wednesday for filing complain or enquiring any
information regarding welfare related matters provided by foreign ministry
and Bangladesh missions abroad.

The services includes receiving complaints and inquiries related to welfare
services, information regarding arrested or untraced Bangladeshis living in
abroad and receiving any kind of information keeping secrecy of the
information providers.

The foreign ministry issued a circular on Tuesday in this regard and
requested all to collect pass at the information room of the ministry’s main
gate before visiting the Room- 322.
