Norsk Hydro halts output at Brazil plant, shares plunge
OSLO, Oct 3, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – Norwegian metals group Norsk Hydro on
Wednesday said it is suspending production at the world’s largest alumina
plant in Brazil as has not received authorisation to use a waste deposit
area.
The company’s share price plunged by more than 10 percent after the opening
of the Oslo Stock Exchange.
