PM to kicks of Unnayan Mela Oct 4
DHAKA, Sept 28, 2018 (BSS) – A three-day Unnayan Mela (Development Fair)
will begin across the country on October 4.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to inaugurate the fair through
a video conference from her Ganabhaban residence.
The fair will be simultaneously held on Dhaka Trade Fair (DTF) ground
and every district and upazila across the country.
PMO Secretary Sajjadul Hassan today visited the DTF ground to witness the
preparations of the fair to be participated by 366 stalls.
A rally will be arranged on the opening day of the fair which will
remain open for public.
Apart from this, seminars will be held on different aspects of
development to be participated by development partners from home and abroad.
Director General of the PMO Khalilur Rahman, Director Ahsan Kibria,
Deputy Press Secretary Ashraful Alam Khokon and PM’s protocol officer
Khurshid Alam were present during the visit.
