ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY, December 12, 2017 (BSS) – The election of Islamic University Teachers’ Association (IUTA) will be held tomorrow.
Professor Dr Ruhul Kuddus M Saleh of Islamic History and Culture Department and Professor Dr AHM Aktarul Islam of English Department will contest in the election as president and general secretary from the pro Awami League-backed Teachers’ panel.
Professor Dr Md Mizanur Rahman of Accounting and Information System Department and Professor Dr M Wali Ullah of Dawah and Islamic Studies Department will contest as president and general secretary from the pro BNP-Jamat backed teachers’ panel, Election commissioner office sources said here today.
