Libyan govt announces ceasefire deal south of Tripoli
TRIPOLI, Sept 26, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – The internationally recognised Libyan
government Wednesday announced a new ceasefire deal had been reached, halting
fighting between rival militias south of Tripoli.
The agreement was signed between representatives of the capital and the
town of Tarhuna outside Tripoli, the interior ministry said in a statement.
