157 stranded Bangladeshis brought back home from Libya
DHAKA, Sept 26, 2018 (BSS) – Out of 234 Bangladeshis stranded in Libya, 157 were brought back home today.
The stranded Bangladeshis were brought home by a chartered flight ‘UZ 218’ at 2 pm under a coordinated arrangement made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bangladesh Embassy in Libya and International Organisation for Migration (IOM), said an official release.
Measures have also been taken to bring back the rest of the stranded Bangladeshis from Libya, the release added.
