RANGPUR, Sept 23, 2018 (BSS) – JASOD President and Information Minister
Hasanul Haque Inu, MP, has said the anti-liberation forces and BNP-Jamaat
clique as companion of militants must not be allowed to go to power.

“To uphold spirit of the War of Liberation, the pro-liberation forces must
have to maintain unity. Bangladesh is not safe in the hands of BNP. Khaleda
Zia wants to capture the state power through fire terrorism with razakars and
militants,” he said.

Inu was addressing a street rally of JASOD arranged in favour of its
probable MP candidate for Sadullapur-Polashbari seat on Central Shaheed Minar
premises in Polashbari upazila town of Gaibandha on Saturday afternoon as
chief guest.

He also introduced Science and Technology Affairs Secretary of JASOD SM
Khademul Islam Khudi as the probable 14-party Alliance candidate to contest
the next elections from Sadullapur-Polashbari constituency.

Inu said the country has witnessed unprecedented developments in last 10
years under the proven leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina turning her
into a symbol of peace, progress and spirit of the War of Liberation.

“We have to strengthen the hands of Sheikh Hasina as her government has
been fighting against militancy, razakars, fire terrorism, anti-liberation
forces and drug traders since winning the general elections in 2008,” he
said.

Inu said there is no alternative to Sheikh Hasina for peace, progress and
welfare of the common people. So why, an inflexible war is still being fought
against the defeated anti-liberation forces to keep the anti-liberation BNP-
Jamaat clique out of power.

“It was Ziaur Rahman who brought back razakars to politics. We are working
so that digital Bangladesh and democracy would not fall into grasp of
razakars and fire terrorists and drug traders,” Inu said.

He also termed Khaleda Zia as the venomous tree of national politics and
said that she could not even leave war criminal Jamaat, militants and
terrorists and utter even a single word about fire terrorists.

He said, “Khaleda Zia has become address of the venomous tree of politics,
militancy and fire terrorism and a factory for production and reproduction of
killers and fire terrorists and their venomous teeth are yet to be broken.”

While discussing new polarisation in national politics, Inu said Dr Kamal
Hossain and Dr Badruddoza Chowdhury have emerged to demand resignation of the
government and save Khaleda Zia as they do not like Sheikh Hasina.

“Dr Kamal is the new mask of cornered BNP and they are using Kamal as a
shield as last resort for survival amid darkness all-around for their wrong-
doings,” Inu said and called upon Dr Kamal not be used for hiding nasty works
of BNP-Jamaat.

Inu called upon the people to remain alert and united before the next
elections and elect the pro-liberation government led by Sheikh Hasina for
continuation of peace and progress to build a developed Bangladesh.

Presided over by Polashbari Upazila JASOD President Nuruzzaman Prodhan,
its central committee vice-presidents Rezaul Karim Tansen, MP, and Shafi
Uddin Mollah, Science and Technology Affairs Secretary SM Khademul Islam
Khudi, president of Gaibandha district JASOD Shah Shariful Islam Bablu and
General Secretary Golam Maruf Mona, among others, addressed the rally.
