China-Vietnam trade fair to be held in northern Vietnam
HANOI, Sept. 19, 2018 (BSS/Xinhua) – The 2018 China-Vietnam
International Trade Fair will take place in Vietnam’s northern Lang Son
province from Oct. 30 to Nov. 7, according to its organizers on Wednesday.
The fair is expected to gather some 200 Chinese and Vietnamese
businesses whose products will be displayed at about 300 booths.
In the first eight months of this year, Vietnam spent over 41.6 billion
U.S. dollars importing products from China and gained 24.4 billion U.S.
dollars from selling goods to the neighboring country, according to the
General Department of Vietnam Customs.
In the period, China was Vietnam’s largest import market and second
largest export market, the department noted.
