DHAKA, Sept 16, 2018 (BSS) – Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal
Masihuzzaman Serniabat attended the Medal Parade of Bangladesh Air Force
(BAF) contingents at the United Nations (UN) Peacekeeping Mission Area
Democratic Republic Congo.
The BAF Chief left Dhaka for UN peacekeeping mission area in Congo and
Mali on September 5 for an official visit, said an ISPR press release.
During his stay in Congo and Mali, he visited various units of BANAIR
contingents and exchanged greetings with the members of the contingent.
The visit would boost up the morale of peacekeeping members of Bangladesh
in mission areas, help to enhance BAF relation with the UN and also open up
new opportunities for future co-operation with UN, the release added.
