Meeting of JS body on ministry of road transport and bridges held
DHAKA, Sept 15, 2018 (BSS)- The 32th meeting of the parliamentary standing committee on the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges was held at the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Bhaban in the city today.
Presided over by Committee Chairman M. Ekabbar Hossain, the meeting was attended by its members Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, AKM Awal, Rezwan Ahmed Toufiq, Faizur Rahman and Lutfun Nesa, an official release said.
The meeting held discussions on ‘Road Transport Bill, 2018’ and recommended placing of a final report before parliament with some corrections.
Senior officials concerned were present at the meeting.
