ELECTROCUTION-DEATH
Mother, son electrocuted in Gazipur
GAZIPUR, Sept 13, 2018 (BSS) – A woman and her son were electrocuted in
Kewa-Bakultala area under Sripur upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased were identified as Salina Akhter, 35, wife of Anwar Hossain,
a resident of Mohonganj Thana in Netrakona district and her son Salim
Hossain.
Police said Salim suddenly came in touch with a live electric cable at
their rented house. Hearing hue and cry of Salim his mother came to save him
and at that time they came in touch with the wire.
Both of them were sent to Sripur upazila health complex where on duty
doctors declared them dead.
