European stock markets drop at open
LONDON, Sept 5, 2018 (BSS/AFP) – Europe’s leading stock markets fell at
the start of trading on Wednesday, with London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index
down 0.3 percent to 7,432.44 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 index dropped 0.4 percent to 12,161.65
points and the CAC 40 in Paris shed 0.4 percent to 5,322.08, compared with
the closing levels on Tuesday.
