Motorcyclist killed in Gopalganj road accident
GOPALGANJ, Aug 28, 2018 (BSS) – A motorcycle rider was killed in a road
accident on the Dhaka-Khulna Highway in Bijoy Pasha area under Sadar upazila
of the district this afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Shihab Uddin, 35, an inhabitant of Paikgacha
upazila in Khulna district.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sadar Thana Monirul Islam said the accident
occurred when a passengers bus hit Shihab’s motorcycle from behind in the
area, leaving him dead on the spot.
The body was sent to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital morgue, the OC added.
