DHAKA, Nov 14, 2017 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid has accepted the resignation letter of Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, Bangabhaban officials said here today.
“The President accepted the resignation letter of Chief Justice SK Sinha,” President’s Press Secretary M Joynal Abedin told BSS today.
Bangabhaban comments came four days after sinha submitted his resignation letter from abroad.
Abedin said the letter has been sent to Law and Justice Ministry for
subsequent procedure.
