The minister was speaking as the chief guest at a seminar on “Performance Sharing on Modernization and Strengthening of the Training Institute for Chemical Industries (TICI) Project” at a hotel in the city, said a press release.

BCIC Chairman Shah M Aminul Hoq presided over the seminar while Professor of Dhaka University Dr Rafiqul Islam and Professor of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) Dr Ijaz Hossain presented separate papers.

Among others, Kamrul Ashraf Khan, MP, and Industries Secretary Mohammad Abdullah were present.
