National volleyball team leaves for Iran tomorrow

DHAKA, Aug 11, 2018 (BSS)- Bangladesh national volleyball team will leave
for Iran early Sunday (3am) to receive month-long higher training to
accomplish good results in the upcoming Asian Volleyball Championship.

The volleyball team will undergo the training there under the supervision
of international volleyball trainer Ali Pour Aroji. Apart from training, the
team will also take part in some preparation matches against the local top
clubs.

After completion of training, the volleyball team will fly for Sri Lanka on
September 12 to take part in the Asian Volleyball Championship, which is
scheduled to be held from September 15-22 in Sri Lanka.

The Bangladesh volleyball team is expected to return home on September 23.

Bangladesh volleyball team – Rashed Khan, Sazibur Rahman, Mohisin Uddin,
Narayon Devnath, Masud Hossain, Abdul Mamin, SK Islamil Hossain, Nahid Hasan,
Ruhul Amin, Romjan Ali, Shona Miya, Raju Ahmed, Kaysar Hamid, Tanveer
Hossain, Tanveer Hossain, Redowanur Rqahman and Horosit Biswas.

Officials – Ali Pour Aroji (head coach, Ashim Saha ( team manager and
assistant coach), Emdadul Haq (assistant coach) and Humayn Morshed (accompany
referee).
