FRY-RELEASE-JAMALPUR
Fry released in Jamalpur
JAMALPUR, August 8, 2018 (BSS) – Fisheries Department released fries in
open water bodies in the district town today.
The department will release 400 kilograms of fries of Rui, Katla Mrigel
and Kalibous this month.
Chairman of Parliamentary Standing Committee on Land Rezaul Karim Hira,
MP inaugurated the month-long programme as the chief guest by releasing fries
in a pond situated on Jamalpur sadar upazila parishad premises.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer of Jamalpur Sadar upazila Mohammad Mofizur
Rahman, District Fisheries Officer (in-charge) Momotazunnesa and Fish Seed
Multiplication Farm Manager Kabir Uddin Ahmed, among others, were present.
