Booters win FIFA friendly match

DHAKA, Aug 06, 2018 (BSS)- Bangladesh national football team came from behind to record a 3-1 goal victory over Chodang University Football team in the FIFA International Friendly Football match held on Monday at Mokpo International Training Center Football ground in South Korea.

In the day’s match, Ui Chan Joung of Chodang University Football team put his side ahead in the 17th minute while Biplu Ahmed restored the parity for Bangladesh in the 39th minute.

After the lemon break, Bangladesh went ahead through Motin Miah who scored the second goal for his team in the 78th minute. Rubel Miah completed Bangladesh’s tally scoring the third goal in the 81st minute.

After the match, Bangladesh team head coach Jamie Day said, “The Team played much well than the last one … day by day our boys are improving themselves,” according to a message received here today from Bangladesh Football Federation.

He informed that they don’t have any injuries at this moment and all the players are good in health. First secretary Ruhul Amin from Bangladesh Embassy to South Korea watched the match and met the players.
