Female factory labourer killed in Rajshahi road accident
RAJSHAHI, Aug 4, 2018 (BSS) – A female factory labourer was killed in a
road accident in Kadipur area on the Rajshahi-Chapainawanganj highway under
Godagari upazila of the district today.
The deceased was identified as Ruma Khatun, 22, daughter of Badsha Mian,
aresident of the same area. She used to work in Godagari Pran Juice Factory.
Quoting witnesses Saiful Islam, sub-inspector of Godagari Police Station,
said Ruma met the tragic road mishap when a jeep dashed her in the area at
about 7.30 am as its driver lost control over the vehicle. She died on the
spot.
