Businessman found dead in Khulna
KHULNA, July 31, 2018(BSS) – Police recovered the body of a businessman
from a pond in Moddhyopara Pakhirmor area under Daulatpur police station in
the city today.
The deceased identified as Sheikh Anwar Hssain, 42, was a transport
businessman and resident of Deana area in the city.
Officer-in-Charge of Daulatpur police station Kazi Moshtak Ahmed said
Anwar went outside around 11pm last night after dinner. Since then, he has
remained missing.
His body was found in a pond in the morning, the OC said.
Some signs of scars have been found at Anwar’s forehead and belly, he
said, adding that the body was sent to Khulna Medical College Hospital
(KMCH).
