Youths can establish discrimination-free world in future: Speaker

DHAKA, July 29, 2018 (BSS) – Bangladesh Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Speaker Dr
Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury today said young people can play an important role
in establishing a peaceful and discrimination-free world in the days to come.

“Young people will lead the country in future…To make the world
beautiful, young people can gift us a humane world by establishing world
peace,” she said while addressing the orientation function for the HSC first
year students at city’s Adamjee Cantonment College, said press release here.

Welcoming the newcomers, Shirin asked them to use the benefits of
internet and information technology so that they can utilize their talents
and skills in the knowledge-based world to become worthy citizens of the
nation, the release added.

She also urged the students to devote themselves to the establishment of
exploitation and discrimination free country by adopting the spirit of the
War of Liberation.

Adamjee Cantonment College Principal Brigadier General Syed Ahmad Ali and
College governing Body President Brigadier General Abdullah Al Azhar spoke on
the occasion, among others.
