Mosharraf Hossain has asked the leaders and workers of Awami Secchasebok
League (ASL) to reelect Sheikh Hasina as the prime minister again for
continuing the ongoing development of the country .
“We have to install Sheikh Hasina in power again for more development
across the country. If you make any mistake in this regard, you will be
deprived of all kinds of development,” the minister warned.
The minister was addressing as chief guest a grand rally at Janata Bank
crossing of the town organized by the district ASL on the occasion of the
24th founding anniversary of the group.
Criticizing the BNP, Mosharraf said BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will have
to seek clemency to the President to get rid of the punishment awarded to her
in the Zia Orphanage Trust graft case.
The minister said here is no alternative of reelecting the Awami League
government in the next election for the sake country’s progress.
“To materialize the Vision-2021 and Vision-2041, we have to work unitedly
for winning the polls,” he said.
The minister said the people across the country have already witnessed a
gigantic development under the premiership of Sheikh Hasina. So, we all have
to work unitedly for the victory of AL in the upcoming election, he added.
Presided over by Faridpur ASL President Sawkot Ali Zahid, the meeting was
also addressed, among others, by ASL central leaders Molla Md Abu Kawser,
Motiur Rahaman Moti, district AL Vice President Khandker Mohtesham Hossain
Babor, Joint Secretary Jhorna Hasan , Jubo League President AHM Foad and
district ASL Secretary Fahad Bin Wazed.
