Gaibandha DC adjudged best DC in Rangpur Division
GAIBANDHA, June 14, 2021 (BSS)- Deputy Commissioner(DC) and District Magistrate Abdul Matin was adjudged best DC in Rangpur Division and given Integrity Award-2021.
Abdul Matin has won the award as the best among all deputy commissioners in Rangpur Division. This recognition was given in an order signed by Rangpur Divisional Commissioner Mr. Md. Abdul Wahab Bhuiyan on May 31 last.
He has been playing an important role in public welfare since his joining in the district.
Not only his administrative activities, the deputy commissioner had played an important role in developing the clubs, circuit house, various government departments, various institutions, BIAM schools and the infrastructure of many institutions in the district. Actually he has achieved the award and departmental excellence by ensuring purity in his career.
Besides, the DC Abdul Matin (21st batch of BCS administration cadre) has already been awarded as the best Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) while working in Gopalganj upazila and also adjudged as the best Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) of Chittagong Division for outstanding activities during his tenure there.
