CMCCI takes move to make Ctg a true commercial capital
CHATTOGRAM, July 24, 2018 (BSS) – Chattogram Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CMCCI) has taken up steps to turn the port city into a commercial capital in true sense.
The proposal was placed today when a delegation of CMCCI led by its President Khalilur Rahman called on Chattogram City Mayor A J M Nasiruddin at the latter’s office.
After the meeting, vice president of CMCCI A A M Mahbub Chowdhury told journalists that they have informed the mayor about their proposals.
“Besides, we have talked about various relevant and important issues to this end,” he said.
Editor of the Daily Azadi M A Malek, Panel Mayor Chowdhury Hasan Mahmud Hasni and Councilor Saibal Das Sumon, among others, were present.
