7 BNP men held in sabotage case in Joypurhat
JOYPURHAT, June 4, 2021 (BSS) – Police arrested seven BNP men including the district Chhatra Dal president Mamunur Rashid Pradhan in a sabotage case last night.
The arrested were identified as Mamunur Rashid Pradhan, 35, Piyas Ahmed, 26, Asfaqur Rahman Papon, 31, Atiqur Rahman Sohag, 34, Hasan Ahmed Ranju, 26, Sohrab Islam, 20, and Shahriar Kabir Tanim, 19.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Joypurhat Police Station Alamgir Jahan said police arrested the leader and activists of BNP from in front of the district BNP office on Thursday night.
