CHAPAINAWABGANJ, June 3, 2021 (BSS) – Three more persons died of COVID-19 during the last 24 hours raising the total number of deaths to 40 in the district.
Of the new deaths, one person is from sadar upazila, one from Shibganj upazila and another from Gomostapur upazila.
Meanwhile, a total of 98 persons were tested positive for COVID-19 out of 229 samples tested during the last 24 hours raising the total number of Corona positive cases in the district to 2,131.
