Banglabandha land port closed for six days
PANCHAGARH, May 31, 2021(BSS) – Banglabandha land port activities under Tetulia upazila of Panchagarh district will remain closed for six days starting from May 30 .
Export-Import association president of Panchagarh, Mehedi Hasan Khan Babla said a panic has been created among people here that the COVID-19 Indian variant might spread in the outskirts of Panchagarh district if the land port is kept open.
“For this, we have taken a decision, that all kinds of export and import activities will remain closed through Banglabandha land port till June 4,” he added.
