BSEC approves TK 500 crore bond for Exim Bank
DHAKA, May 30, 2021 (BSS) -Bangladesh Securities and Exchange
Commission (BSEC) today approved a TK 500 crore mudaraba
subordinated bond for Exim Bank Limited.
The coupon rate of the bond will be a six-month average of the fixed deposit profit with an additional two per cent margin, said a press
release.
Eligible investors, such as banks, non-banking financial institutions, insurance, and mutual funds, can buy bond units through private
placement.
