Prize distribution held in Manikganj
MANIKGANJ, May 30, 2021 (BSS) – The prize distribution ceremony of the annual sports competitions for 2021 and awards distributions ceremony for the best teachers and students for 2020’ in the temple based children and mass education programme -5’ was held at the office of Deputy Commissioner, (DC)Manikganj on Saturday.
DC S M Ferdous was present at the function as the chief guest.
Trusty, Hindu Religious Welfare Trust, Freedom Fighter Rekha Rani Goon presided over the function.
President Manikganj District Puja Udjapon Parishad Basudeb Saha, former president of the committee Advocate Oshim Kumar Biswas, General Secretary of the Committee Anirban Kumar Paul, Bangladesh Puja Udjapon Parishad member Laxmi Chattarjee, Assistant Director, Hindu Religious Kalyan Trust Sanjit Kumar Saha and President Anandomoyee Kalibari Mondir, Freedom Fighter Shankor Lal Ghose among others were present on the occasion.
Five best teachers and ten best students were given cash money and certificates as the prizes and 15 students were given different kinds of prizes for annual sports.
DC S M Ferdous distributed the prizes as the chief guest.
The function was jointly organized by the Manikganj district temple based children and mass education programme and Hindu Religious Welfare Trust.
