Quader receives second shot of COVID-19 vaccine
DHAKA, May 24, 2021 (BSS) – Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
Quader, also the general secretary of the ruling Awami League, took the vaccine shot at the vaccination centre of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) this morning.
On March 31 last, he received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine.
On 27 January, the COVID-19 vaccination drive was rolled out at five hospitals in the capital. Later, mass inoculation programme was launched across the country on February 7, 2021.
