Bogura Cantonment hands over home to homeless retd army FF

DHAKA, May 20, 2021 (BSS)- Bogura Cantonment handed over a house to homeless heroic army freedom fighter Sergeant Md Shahjahan Ali (retd) of Rajshahi district today.

Local dignitaries including army personnel in charge of Bogura Cantonment were present on the occasion, said an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release.
Under the efforts of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, development activities have been carried out in different parts of the country under the supervision of Bangladesh Army and the house was given as part of the activities, the release added.

Earlier, Bogura Cantonment handed over three houses to the homeless army freedom fighters and now two more houses are under construction.

Besides, 44 houses have already been handed over to homeless families in Chapainawabganj district under the ‘Asrayan Prakalpa’ by 11 Infantry Division, Bogura Cantonment and currently 44 more houses are under construction.
