RECOVERY –HEROIN
1 held with 1.64 kg heroin in C’nawabganj
CHAPAINAWABGANJ, May 20, 2021 (BSS): Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 1.64 kilogram of heroin from Godagari in Rajshahi district this afternoon.
The arrested person was identified as Md. Nasir Uddin, 36 of Haripur Miapara under Chapainawabganj municipality.
RAB said, acting on a tip off, an operation team of RAB-5 from Chapainawabganj camp raided Dargagachira village under Mohonpur union of Godagari upazila in Rajshahi district at 3-20 pm and arrested Nasir with the heroin.
Later, the arrested person was handed over to Godagari police .
