AL-MEETING
AL executive body to meet tomorrow
DHAKA, July 22, 2018 (BSS) – Top leaders of Awami League will sit tomorrow
at Ganabhaban, the official residence of the Prime Minister, in Dhaka to
discuss different issues including upcoming AL council and country’s latest
political situation.
The meeting of the party’s central working committee, advisory council,
and AL council preparatory committee will begin at 6 pm, according to an AL
press release.
The meeting will be chaired by AL President Sheikh Hasina, also the prime
minister, the press release added.
Besides, a joint meeting would also be held at political office of the
party around 4 pm at Dhanmondi on July 24 where AL presidium members,
presidents and general secretaries of associate bodies, Dhaka Mohanagar North
and South AL presidents and general secretaries will be present.
AL General Secretary and Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul
Quader urged the concerned to attend the meetings in time.
