JAMALPUR, May 7, 2021 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested a man with a foreign-made firearm in Islampur upazila in the district last night.
The arrested was identified as Md Mominur Islam Sadhan, 38, son of Nurul Islam at village Guthail in Islampur Upazila of the district.
According to Jamalpur RAB-14 sources said, acting on a tip-off, a team of the elite force raided Gilabari Uttar Para area in Chinaduli union in Islampur upazila and arrested him with a shooter gun around 9pm.
A case was registered with Islampur Police station in this regard.
