RAJSHAHI, May 5, 2021 (BSS) – A total of 3,28,150 people received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccines in the city and eight districts of Rajshahi division since the nationwide second dose vaccination began on April 8.
Of them, 10,741 people including 4,191 females took the second dose today, Dr Habibul Ahsan Talukder, Divisional Director of Health services, told BSS here today.
He said 1,070 including 497 females received vaccines in Rajshahi city and 1,010 people including 295 females in Rajshahi district, 913 including 281 females in Chapainawabganj, 928 including 352 females in Natore and 2,020 people including 848 females in Naogaon have got the vaccines.
Apart from this, a total of 1,571 persons including 634 females got vaccines in Pabna, 1,108 including 442 females in Sirajganj, 1,653 including 669 females in Bogra and 468 including 173 females in Joypurhat today received the vaccines, he added.
