Forex reserves hit record high of over $45 billion
DHAKA, May 3, 2021 (BSS) – The country’s foreign exchange reserves today hit a new record of over $ 45 billion despite Covid -19 pandemic.
The foreign exchange reserves now stands at $45.11 billion, according to Bangladesh Bank sources.
On October 8, last year, the reserves reached $40-billion mark and subsequently on February 24 this year the reserves exceeded $44 billion.
