CUMILLA, May 2, 2021 (BSS) – A total of 450 jobless barbers were given food assistance to make them capable of coping with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic situation as gift from the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the town today.
Cumilla Metropolitan unit Awami League President A K M Bahauddin Bahar distributed the food assistance among the jobless barbers in a function held at Dhirendranath Stadium this afternoon.
Deputy Commissioner of Cumilla Md Kamrul Hasan, Police Super Faruq Ahmed and sports personality Nazmul Ahosan were present.
