One held with hemp in Jamalpr
JAMALPUR, April 26, 2021 (BSS)- Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive arrested a drug
peddler with hemp from Bakshiganj upazila in the district yesterday.
The arrested was identified as Md Kamal Miah, 35, son of Chhoyful Miah of Lauchapra village in the upazila.
On a tip-off a team of the elite force conducted a raid in Baluzhuri area under Dhanua Kamalpur union, a frontier area of Bakshiganj upazila, and arrested Kamal with one kilogram of hemp.
A case was filed with Bakshiganj Police Station in this connection.
