HOLLYWOOD, United States, April 26, 2021 (BSS/AFP) – The contemplative comedy-drama “Soul” won the Oscar for best animated feature on Sunday — the latest in a long line of successes for Disney subsidiary Pixar.
The moving film, which explores determinism and the afterlife through the lens of a New York middle school jazz teacher, beat “Onward,” “Over the Moon,” “A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon” and “Wolfwalkers” to win the prize.
