JS speaker mourns death of NILMRC Director Mohammad Shamsuzzaman
DHAKA, April 24, 2021 (BSS)- Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of National Institute of Laboratory Medicine and Referral Centre (NILMRC) Director Prof Abul Khair Mohammad Shamsuzzaman.
In a condolence message, the speaker prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Prof Abul Khair Mohammad Shamsuzzaman died of COVID-19 infection while undergoing treatment in an intensive care unit (ICU) at the Sheikh Russel Gastroliver Institute and Hospital in the capital this morning.
