NETRAKONA, April 24, 2021 (BSS)- State Minister for Social Welfare and valiant Freedom Fighter Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru, MP, today distributed essential food items among 350 shop workers and poor people during the ongoing lockdown at Netrakona Stadium here today.
Netrakona district administration with the help of Ministry of Relief and Disaster Management arranged the distribution of 350 relief packets, which contained rice, pulse, oil, salt and potato, to the shop workers and poverty-stricken people abiding by the health guidelines amid Coronavirus pandemic.
Deputy commissioner of Netrakona Kazi Mohammad Abdur Rahman, police super Akber Ali Munshi, civil surgeon Dr. Salim Mia , president of district chamber of commerce and industries Abdul Wahed and general secretary of district Red crescent society Gazi Muzammel Hussain Tuku were present at the relief packets distribution program.
