DHAKA, Apr 24, 2021 (BSS) – Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) today predicted dry weather with a temporary partly cloudy sky over the country.
There are chances of rain or thundershowers at one or two places over Sylhet division, said a BMD bulletin issued here.
Mild heat wave is sweeping over the regions of Madaripur, Sandwip, Feni, Rajshahi, Khulna, Bagerhat, Jashore, Chudanga and Khepupara and it may continue and spread.
However, the day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, the bulletin added.
Country’s maximum temperature on Friday was recorded 37.5 degree Celsius at Khulna and today’s minimum temperature 18.5 degree Celsius was recorded at Srimangal in Sylhet.
The sun sets at 6:24 pm today and rises at 5:29 am tomorrow in the capital.
