DHAKA, April 17, 2021 (BSS) – Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of eminent actress and former lawmaker Sarah Begum Kabori.
In a message of condolence, the minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
The National Award winning actress died at a hospital here in the early hours of today at the age of 70.
She had recently tested positive for Covid-19. Kabori was put on life support at the capital’s Sheikh Russel National Gastroliver Institute and Hospital on April 15.
