Army, Ansar emerge champions in volleyball
DHAKA, April 8, 2021 (BSS) – Bangladesh Army in men’s section and Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defence Party in women’s section emerged champions in the Bangabandhu 9th Bangladesh Games volleyball event that concluded today at Narail Birshreshtha Noor Mohammad Stadium in Narail.
In the day’s men’s section final, Bangladesh Army won the gold beating Bangladesh Air Force by 3-1 set points in the final. Titas Club secured the bronze medal in this event.
While Bangladesh Ansar secured gold in the women’s section defeating Bangladesh Police also by 3-1 set points in the final. Khulna district bagged the bronze medal in this event.
