Bangladesh Games golf event inaugurated
DHAKA, April 06, 2021 (BSS)- Bangabandhu 9th Bangladesh Games golf event has begun from today at Kurmitola Golf Club in the city’s cantoment.
Bangladesh Army’s quarter master general lieutenant general S M Shofiuddin Ahmed OSP, NDU, PSP formally inaugurated the meet as the chief guest.
Nearly 160 golfers from seventeen clubs will compete in six events for eighteen medals in six events (six gold, six silver and six bronze medals)
Chief of Army Staff and Bangladesh Olympic Association president General Aziz Ahmed SBP, BSP, BGBM, PBGM, BGBM S, psc, G is expected to present in the closing ceremony of the meet on April 9 and distribute the prizes.
