CHAPAINAWABGANJ, April 6, 2021 (BSS) – A number of eight more persons have tested positive for COVID-19, raising the total number of infection to 862 in the district.
Civil Surgeon office received the results of 16 samples last night from Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, showing a total of eight more persons have tested positive for Coronovirus as the infection rate was 50 percent.
A total of 14 persons have so far died of COVID-19 and 810 persons have recovered from the disease in the district, the sources said.
The sources further added that including the last detected eight persons there are 38 corona patients in the district now.
