No fireworks on Shab-e-Barat: DMP
DHAKA, March 28, 2021 (BSS) – Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) today imposed
a ban on carrying of all types of explosives, crackers as well as explosion
of firecrackers in the capital, on the occasion of the holy Shab-e-Barat, to
be observed tomorrow night.
As per instruction from DMP Commissioner Md Shafiqul Islam, the restriction
will come into effect from 6:00pm tomorrow (Monday) to 6:00am the next day
(Tuesday), said a circular issued by the DMP.
