Bangabandhu birth centenary Junior Ranking Badminton begins tomorrow
DHAKA, March 27, 2021 (BSS) – Bangabandhu Birth Centenary Junior Ranking Badminton championship will begin tomorrow (Sunday) at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Indoor Stadium in the city.
Bangladesh Badminton Federation (BFF) president Dr Abdul Malek will inaugurate the meet as the chief guest at 11 am.
A total of 250 boys’ and 40 girls’ players from fifty two teams/ associations from across the country will take part in the four-day meet, organized by BBF to mark the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Sheikh Russel Shishu Kishor Parisad, Hussain Group and World Badminton Federation are patronizing the tournament.
