DU Film Society organises open film exhibition
DHAKA, March 26, 2021 (BSS) – Dhaka University Film Society has organised
an open film exhibition titled ‘Ponchashe Bangladesh’ on the occasion of the
golden jubilee of independence.
The films have been screened on university’s TSC premises each day from 7
pm to 10 pm on March 25 and 26, said a press release here today.
At the same time, Dhaka University Film Society also organised a
documentary exhibition on the Liberation War.
On March 25, director Kawsar Chowdhury’s ‘Sei Raater Kotha Bolchi’ and
‘Muktir Gaan’ directed by Tareq Masood and Katherine Masood were screened
while ‘Swadhinata’ directed by Yasmin Kabir and ‘Meghamallar’ directed by
Zahidur Rahman Anjan are being screened today.
