Taposh for continuing struggle against communal forces

DHAKA, March 26, 2021 (BSS) – Mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC)
Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh today said the people of the country
should continue their struggle against communalism as anti-liberation forces
are still active.

“We achieved independence of the country under the leadership of
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.. And today we are able to reach all the
benefits of development to doorsteps of people under the visionary and
dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina,” he said.

“We have to continue our resistance against communal and anti-liberation
forces as their conspiracy has not stopped yet,” he said after paying homage
to the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman
marking Golden Jubilee of Independence at Nagar Bhaban here, said a press
release.

Later, Taposh paid homage to the portrait of Bangabandhu at Nagar Bhaban as
Chairman of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society Dhaka City Unit and Member
Secretary of Bangabandhu Awami Bar Council at Dhanmondi-32, added the
release.

Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation ABM Amin Ullah Noori, Chief
Waste Management Officer M Badrul Amin, Air Commodore Brigadier General Dr
Sharif Ahmed, Chief Engineer Rezaur Rahman and Secretary Akramuzzaman, among
others, were present.
